Job description

Job Title: SAP Vistex Consultant
Location: Sandy Springs, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Job Description:
• Lead configuration and support of Vistex Incentives, Rebates, Pricing, Chargebacks, and Dealer Program Management solutions within SAP.
Configure:
• Incentive and program types.
• Calculation procedures and business rules.
• Accruals, settlements, and true-up postings.
• Claim processing workflows and validations.
• Ensure seamless FI integration for postings related to incentives, claims, accruals, and settlements.
• Support dealer performance bonus, market support, and scorecard management use cases.
• Partner with business stakeholders to refine pricing and incentive models and translate them into Vistex configuration.
• Support Vistex testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and cutover.
• Assist with reporting and analytics for Vistex-managed programs.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 7+ years of SAP FICO functional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Vistex SAP add-on (implementation or support).
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles (US GAAP/IFRS).
• Deep integration experience across SAP FI/CO, SD, and MM.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, including Fiori.
• Strong knowledge of SAP financial postings, reconciliation logic, and month-end processes.
Technical & Functional Skills:
• SAP configuration expertise in FI and CO modules.
• Vistex configuration for incentives, workflows, and postings.
• Experience with **IDOCs, interfaces, and SAP integration concepts.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and produce high-quality functional design documents.
• Familiarity with testing tools, defect management, and change control processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
