Work you'll do
As a Sales Executive, you will develop and execute growth strategies, build executive relationships, and collaborate with Deloitte account teams and SAP to advance opportunities across the assigned territory. You will:
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with SAP leaders and strategic partners, aligning joint objectives and serving as a trusted advisor.
- Build and execute territory and account growth strategies that prioritize target accounts, industry plays, and high-value opportunities.
- Guide and coach Deloitte account teams on solution positioning, market differentiation, and how to bring together Deloitte's capabilities with SAP technologies.
- Create and execute joint account plans and co-sell motions with SAP, Deloitte account teams, and internal stakeholders to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Drive deal and proposal win strategies based on client and market knowledge, in collaboration with Deloitte account teams and SAP.
- Collaborate with account teams and internal stakeholders to advance opportunities through pursuit coaching, content development, and day-to-day deal support.
- Lead Executive Account Reviews and Sales Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with SAP leadership and Deloitte account teams. Set the agenda, use data to guide the conversation, and drive decisions, commitments, and follow-through.
- Use market, pipeline, and performance data to develop recommendations that hold partners accountable to joint business plans and secure the investments needed to deliver growth.
The successful candidate would possess these skills:
- A successful track record of selling software solutions and/or complex professional services.
- Experience developing and executing strategic accounts, territory, and go-to-market plans that result in measurable revenue growth.

- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
