Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skill SAP Vertex functional consultant, US taxation (Indirect tax)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle L1/L2/L3 support tickets related to SAP–Vertex
  • Handle L1/L2/L3 support tickets related to SAP–Vertex integration
  • Troubleshoot tax determination issues across Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Finance modules
  • Analyze logs, RFC connectivity, and API calls between SAP and Vertex
  • Ensure timely resolution as per SLA and document RCA
