Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP IS Utilities, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Industry Solutions for the utilities industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design, implement, and deliver SAP IS solutions that meet their needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Design SAP IS Solutions: Analyze business requirements and design SAP IS solutions for utilities clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and industry-specific functionality.
  • Implement SAP IS Modules: Configure and implement SAP IS modules, including industry-specific functionality for utilities such as SAP Utilities and SAP CRM for Utilities.
  • Develop Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that optimize their utilities operations and improve customer experience.
  • Deliver Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on SAP IS solutions, ensuring they can effectively utilize the implemented solutions.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product developments to ensure solution relevance and competitiveness.
