A successful candidate would possess these skills:
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others
The team
Deloitte's SAP practice helps clients design, implement, and sustain SAP-enabled transformations across core business functions. Our teams combine industry knowledge, functional experience, and technology capabilities to support first-time implementations, business-led enhancements, and large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs.
Professionals in the practice work with leading organizations across industries to modernize operations, improve process performance, and unlock value through cloud, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree plus 10+ years of experience in SAP, enterprise resource planning (ERP), SAP Concur, travel and expense, accounts payable, spend management, or consulting
  • 8+ years of SAP consulting experience supporting solution design and end-to-end delivery in a consulting firm, industry environment, or both
  • Experience supporting 4+ full-lifecycle enterprise implementations, including 2+ SAP Concur implementations
  • Experience leading 2+ implementations or major workstreams in a primary delivery role, including 1+ SAP Concur implementation or workstream
  • Hands-on configuration experience with SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice, and experience designing and delivering integrations with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP Central Component financials, including cost objects, employee and human resources master data, tax, and single sign-on
  • Experience supporting travel-and-expense and accounts-payable or invoice processes, including policy, compliance, audit controls, and corporate card programs
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
  • Master's degree
  • 2+ years of client service delivery experience in a consulting or professional services firm supporting large enterprise transformation engagements
  • Experience with SAP Concur Request and extended solutions such as Concur Detect, Benefits Assurance, Budget, or Intelligence
  • SAP Concur certification
  • Experience with global or multi-country SAP Concur rollouts, including value-added tax, tax, and localization requirements
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance or financial posting processes, and experience with the SAP Concur App Center, application programming interfaces, and reporting or analytics capabilities

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
