As our EWM Solution Architect, you'll design and lead end-to-end SAP EWM solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide customers through complex supply chain transformations. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives on innovation, autonomy, and delivering high-impact results.

Your role in our team

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP EWM implementations, ensuring scalable, high-performance warehouse execution solutions

Translate business requirements into robust functional and technical EWM designs aligned with industry best practices

Drive full project lifecycle delivery, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live and hyper care support

Configure and optimize core EWM processes such as inbound/outbound operations, warehouse order management, slotting, replenishment, labor management, and RF frameworks

Define and support integration with ERP systems, warehouse automation, and third-party logistics applications

Act as the primary EWM subject matter expert for business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical partners

Facilitate workshops to validate requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend solution enhancements

Develop technical documentation and training materials to support implementation and knowledge transfer

Troubleshoot production issues, support testing cycles, and ensure deployment readiness

Mentor team members, guide architectural decisions, and drive continuous improvement leveraging performance insights and SAP S/4HANA EWM innovations

Your Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field

7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM (embedded or decentralized)

Proven expertise in SAP EWM solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation

Strong understanding of warehouse, distribution, and transportation processes and best practices

Ability to design, troubleshoot, and optimize complex warehouse execution workflows

Proficiency with SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and ABAP debugging for functional analysis

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Willingness to travel 20-40% based on project needs.

Nice to Have

SAP EWM certification or formal SAP training

Experience with SAP Logistics Execution, related SAP modules, and/or enterprise mobility solutions (RF, wireless)
