Job Description

Position Title: SAP Analyst II

Duration: 10 months contract (with high possibility of extending into long term depending on the performance)

Location: Bellevue, WA

Description:

2-4+ years of strong hands on technical experience with SAP Administration in a large-sized environment. Experience with Netweaver 2004S or higher with system copy, upgrade and migration experience. Very strong technical skills in Unix (AIX, HP-UX) and ORACLE. Manages the installation of new SAP systems to meet expanding business requirements. This includes translating requirements to hardware requirements and developing a timeline for the installation of software, and configuring the system. Demonstrate strong SAP administration and technical core tasks including SAP software installation, upgrade, applying Support Packages, installation add-on software components, SAP profile parameter changes, workload analysis, system error analysis, and establishing standard background jobs and system health checks and monitoring. Provides technical and analytical guidance to department members and recommends and/or takes action to direct the solutions to problems. Reviews and documents problems with external SAP support personnel. Communicates with SAP developers, help desk support personnel to resolve system issues. Expertise in handling application related issues at the OS level in Unix (AIX, HP-UX). Expertise in SAP CRM, ECC, CE, BI, CRM, EBP, MI Installation Planning, Software Installation, Support Packs, and Upgrades on latest NW stack. Proven experience in installing and tuning SAP environments such as ECC, CRM 2007, ECC, CE, BI, CRM, EBP and MI. Strong understanding of CRM Middleware. Strong experience in TREX, IPC. Prior work experience in Wily monitoring tool. Performance Monitoring, Problem resolution during development, rollout and production support. Moving objects between environments within SAP for the SAP CRM system. Provide on-call support outside normal business hours as needed. Experience supporting end-user community, working with vendors to resolve HW and SW problems. Experience supporting multiple hardware server platforms and operating systems.
