Job Overview:

Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong experience in SAP Support environment (Production systems).
  • Hands-on knowledge of one or more SAP modules related to SD/CS, such as: SAP SD / MM / PP / LE / EWM / APO / IBP.
  • Understanding of SAP integrations (IDocs, RFCs, APIs, Interfaces).
  • Incident management using tools like ServiceNow, SolMan, or Jira.
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging (preferred for L3 support).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA support.
  • Exposure to SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions (BTP, CPI).
  • ITIL Certification.
  • SAP Certification in relevant module.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in 24x7 or rotational support environments.
  • Ownership mindset and proactive approach.

Qualification And Education:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • MBA or SAP certification is a plus.
