Zu Ihren zukünftigen Aufgaben gehören:
  • Betreuung von SAP HCM für unsere deutschen Kollegen
  • Analyse, Konzeption, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung & Digitalisierung im HR-Bereich – insbesondere im Bereich von SAP SuccessFactors & SAP HCM
  • Unterstützung bei der technischen Umsetzung von SuccessFactors und laufende Betreuungzusammen mit einem erfahrenen internationalen Team
  • Abwicklung der SAP SuccessFactors Systemadministration
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-IT-Landschaft
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Qualität der implementierten Lösungen
  • Effektive Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten
  • Gestaltung und Betreuung spezifischer Abläufe und Optimierung von zukunftsfähigen HR-Prozessen
  • Verständnis der gesamten Systemlandschaft sowie der Datenflüsse von HR-Plattformen (SF- HCM) zu allen Zielsystemen (z. B. SAP FICO S4, CRM, FSM…)
  • Anwendersupport für die Fachabteilungen für SAP HCM & SuccessFactors
Ihr fachliches und persönliches Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Informatik oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in entsprechender Funktion
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im SAP HCM – speziell in den Modulen PT, PY oder OM
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich SuccessFactors wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für HR-Prozesse, Prozessoptimierung und die dazugehörige Systemarchitektur
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Zielstrebigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
  • Bereitschaft, Themen selbständig zu gestalten, strukturieren, analysieren und voranzutreiben
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
