A SAP Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile development processes within SAP implementation or development teams. They ensure that Scrum principles are followed, remove obstacles, and promote collaboration between developers, product owners, and stakeholders. Their goal is to enhance team efficiency, improve product delivery, and support continuous improvement within SAP projects.
As a SAP Scrum Master, you'll be responsible for coaching teams on Agile best practices, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings throughout the SAP implementation.
