Job Description:

Microsoft D365 F&O SCM Functional Consultant with 12+ years of experience in global ERP implementations, Supply Chain transformation, and complex integrations with SAP, Kinaxis, Nexus, ROME, 3AGestTwo, and other third-party enterprise applications.

Functional Expertise
  • Deep expertise in D365 F&O Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Procurement & Sourcing (P2P)
    • Sales & Distribution (O2C)
    • Inventory Management
    • Warehouse Management (WMS)
    • Manufacturing & Production Control
    • Product Information Management (PIM)
    • Quality Management
D365 Implementation Experience
  • End-to-end D365 F&O implementation and global rollout experience.
  • Business process analysis and requirement gathering.
  • Fit-Gap analysis and solution design.
  • Functional Design Documentation (FDD) preparation.
  • Data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live support.
  • User training and hypercare support.
Integration Skills
  • Extensive experience integrating D365 with third-party applications.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • SAP ECC / SAP S4HANA
  • Kinaxis

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $115,000 to $130,000 yearly depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
