  • Establish and run vendor governance, including performance tracking, SLAs/KPIs, and escalation management
  • Drive coordination across multiple vendors to ensure seamless delivery across SAP workstreams and dependencies
  • Manage vendor commercials including contracts, change requests, invoicing, and cost optimization
  • Monitor vendor risks, quality, and delivery outcomes, ensuring accountability through regular reviews and corrective actions
