A day in the life:
As the Director, SAP SCM, you will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end supply chain planning processes within the SAP ecosystem, focusing specifically on Planning (SAP IBP), Manufacturing (SAP PP), Quality Management (SAP QM), and Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS). Deliver global processes, business requirements, solution architecture, design, process optimization and governance. Lead a team of IT professionals and collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation across the supply chain and manufacturing operations.
The impact you'll make:
  • Design, implement and oversee the global SAP Planning, Manufacturing & Quality solutions to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead projects in SAP Planning, Manufacturing & Quality from inception to completion, including upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Develop best practices solutions in the field of Planning, Manufacturing & Quality. Serve as the point of contact in identifying latest trends in the field of Operations and evaluate appropriate solutions to drive efficiency.
  • Analyze business requirements, prioritize based on solution cost/benefit analysis, present to department leader an successful implementation roadmap.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global team of SAP specialists, Partner closely with end-to-end solution verticals to understand requirements and ensure no business risk, quality and deliver the project on budget and timeline.
  • Actively engage with operations leaders to identify business problems that are conducive to AI and/or automation solutions in line with Digital Transformation (DT) road map and vision

Who you are:
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • More than 7 years of experience in process mapping, design, configuration and customizing of SAP Solutions
  • More than 7 years of experience in SAP SCM solutions implementation as part of IT team
  • Computer Skills Desired: SAP, ERP, S/4 Hana, SAP Planning, SAP IBP, SAP QM, SAP Production Microsoft tools. Strong background with automation tools and platforms (e.g., RPA, Workflow automation, process mining, etc.)
  • Preferred Certifications: APICS, SAP IBP, SAP Manufacturing, SAP Quality
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Experience in successfully aligning teams to a common business process and application adoption.
