SAP Functional Consultant PS (Project Systems)

Location: Onsite, San Diego

Clearance: U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain relevant federal clearance

You will play a critical role in advancing Navaide's mission of driving transformational change for our clients. Your work will directly contribute to improving the efficiency, security, and innovation of systems that matter most to our nation. This role requires proactive problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to delivering excellence in high-stakes environments. Navaide is currently seeking candidates at all levels in support of an SAP sustainment project with a US Navy client.

Relevant Skills and Experience:

Qualified candidates will be exposed to the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem, trained in Navy ERP/SAP implementation methodologies, and mentored in various areas of consulting. We are seeing exceptional growth and are looking for driven candidates that thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, active listening, assertiveness, negotiation, conflict resolution skills. Sharp, motivated, aligned to Navaide's Vision, Mission, and Core Principles. Strong experience with Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Navy ERP/SAP experience is preferred but not required Navy/DoD financial experience is preferred but not required.

About the Role:

Guide federal agencies in managing project set up, execution, and reporting using SAP PS. You'll ensure compliance with enterprise and local business rules while enabling transparent reporting and oversight through seamless integration with SAP FM, MM, SD and CO.

Key Responsibilities:

-Configure Project Systems components including Project Structures, Budget Structures, OG Structures, Work Centers, Funds Assignments, etc.

-Define budget structures and manage fund availability control settings

-Support real-time integration with finance, sales and distribution, and procurement modules

-Facilitate user workshops, documentation, and testing

-Provide end user support to include training, trouble ticket management, release management, OCM, etc.

-Monitor compliance with federal budget regulations and internal controls

Qualifications:

-5+ years of SAP PS experience in a federal environment
