Job description

Job Title: Quality Systems Specialist – Exempt

Location: Memphis, TN – 100% Onsite

Contract: 12 Months


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Systems Specialist / Master Data Analyst with strong SAP experience to support enterprise master data governance across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and quality organizations.

The primary focus of this role is maintaining and governing SAP Material Master data, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, compliance, and integrity throughout the product lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and update SAP Material Master data.

• Perform SAP Material Master setup and maintenance.

• Support SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) processes and requirements.

• Support Master Data Management activities and ensure data integrity.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve master data issues.

• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and quality teams.

• Ensure master data accurately supports production and engineering change activities.

• Maintain and improve master data processes, procedures, and governance standards.

• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.

• Provide guidance on master data policies, processes, and compliance requirements.


Required Skills:

• SAP Material Master Setup

• SAP Material Master Maintenance

• SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)

• SAP Master Data Management (MDM)

• Strong understanding of master data quality and governance

• Cross-functional experience with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or quality


Nice to Have:

• PTC Windchill / Windchill


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• SAP master data experience in a manufacturing or enterprise environment is preferred


Note: Medical device experience is not specifically required for this position. Candidates with strong SAP MDG/MDM and Material Master experience from other manufacturing industries may also be considered.
