We currently have a career opening for a Sr Engineer, SAP Master Data! The scope of this role is to provide subject matter expertise as part of the Master Data Management organization within Cardinal Health's Pharmaceutical Segment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and support SAP Master Data solutions across Customer, Supplier, Product, and Business Partner domains, including Contacts, BP Relationships, Workflow, and Consolidation applications within SAP Fiori.
  • Provide advanced production support and drive continuous improvements through enhancements
  • Lead and guide level 1 teams during service interruptions in Master Data Applications
  • Supporting ServiceNow for Incident Management and handling incidents at level 2
  • Prepare and deliver customer workshops and demonstrations of solutions based on solution design requirements
  • Define and outline configuration requirements and support transactional steps for SAP MDM
  • Implement SAP standards and MDMD solutions across various business functions
  • Configure and support SAP Master Data components, including CVI Mapping, Customer, Material, and Supplier
  • Leads functional integrations with business users documenting requirements & functional specifications
  • Lead design and implementation of enterprise master data solutions across Customer, Vendor, Material, Business Partner, Finance, and Product master data.
  • Configure and support SAP MDG or equivalent master data governance processes.
  • Define data governance policies, workflows, validations, and approval processes.
  • Support master data migration, cleansing, enrichment, and reconciliation activities during SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Collaborate with business users to define data standards, ownership, and quality metrics.
  • Perform data mapping, transformation, and integration with upstream and downstream applications.
  • Support data quality initiatives and establish governance frameworks for ongoing master data management.
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure master data consistency across SAP and non-SAP applications
  • Configure and support SAP BRIM components including Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Mediation (CM), and FI-CA.
  • Analyze and implement end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Subscription Billing processes.
  • Support pricing configuration, billing scenarios, invoicing, payment processing, and revenue management.
  • Design and troubleshoot integrations between SAP BRIM and SAP S/4HANA, CRM, Salesforce, middleware, and third-party applications.
  • Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
  • Resolve complex production issues and optimize BRIM system performance.
  • Support enhancements, upgrades, and implementation of new BRIM capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience, preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • Expertise in the implementation of SAP MDM solutions for master data domains such as Customer, Vendor, and Material in large-scale projects.
  • 3PL Business, Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical Experience is a plus.
  • Good understanding of 3PL business model; Integrations with WMS, GTS, or ASAPIO.
  • Experience in integrating SAP Master Data with SAP and Non-SAP Application. Especially WMS and GTS.
  • Strong understanding of third-party interfaces like KAFKA/ASAPIO and data conversion processes.
  • Working Knowledge on all Inbound and outbound Idoc types for Customer, Supplier, Material, Business Partner etc.
  • Proven experience in aligning business process requirements with the technical implementation of SAP Master Data
  • Expert-level SAP functional configuration experience in Material, Customer, and Supplier master data, Including CVI configuration.
  • Experience with BRF+ (Business Rule Framework plus), including building rule-based workflow services.
  • SAP MDG certifications are a plus.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills.
  • Cross functional expertise; ability to navigate cross functional requirements.
  • Experience in FIORI, BRFs, and workflow enhancements for master data elements like business partners, material master, and supplier master.
  • Full end to end experience in SAP S/4HANA migrations.
  • Extensive knowledge on SAP BRIM Suite, SAP Convergent Charging (CC), SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI), SAP Convergent Mediation (CM), preferred.
  • Experience in IDoc, OData, REST APIs implementations.
