Job description

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end all separations related program, ensuring FIXX Energy successfully separates from AESC Global while maintaining uninterrupted manufacturing operations. This role will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of the new SAP environment, aligning all activities with the aggressive timeline and the overall TSA deadline.

The individual will act as the central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders, including the SAP China team, external implementation partners such as Deloitte or PwC, and internal IT and business functions across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing. A major focus of the role will be managing the integration between SAP and MES systems to ensure seamless production operations, accurate data flow, and minimal disruption on the shop floor.

The Project Manager will oversee data separation, migration, and validation activities, ensuring that all business-critical data is accurately transitioned into the new SAP environment. They will also be accountable for managing risks, dependencies, and issues across the program, proactively identifying potential challenges and driving mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

In addition, the role will lead to testing, user acceptance, and cutover planning, ensuring a smooth transition from AESC systems to FIXX Energy's independent SAP platform. The individual will provide regular status updates and executive reporting, maintaining clear visibility into progress, risks, and financials.

Ultimately, this role is critical to ensuring FIXX Energy achieves a clean and timely SAP separation, eliminates dependency on AESC systems ahead of the TSA expiration, and safeguards the continuity of manufacturing operations during the transition.

What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , or a related field.
  • 8-12+ years of experience in project management
  • Proven experience in: SAP migration / separation / carve-out projects. Large-scale ERP implementations
  • Experience working with: SAP system integrators (like PwC, Deloitte, etc.) and Global teams
What is "Nice to Have"?
  • Manufacturing industry experience (strongly preferred)
  • MES integration experience
  • SAP S/4HANA or RISE with SAP migration exposure

Certifications (Preferred)
