Key Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the meter-to-cash solution design on client projects; with prior experience in customer service, SAP ISU-Billing, SAP ISU-Device Management and SAP ISU-FICA
  • Ability to design user journeys within SAP S/4 leveraging Fiori Design Principles and standard Fiori applications
  • Oversee and Lead customer workshops and document Business Process Designs
  • Be able to design and configure all major areas of ISU-Billing including rate configuration and proration options, billing exceptions, unbilled revenue, and budget billing
  • Be able to design and configure all areas of ISU-Device Management including device technology, device installation, meter reading, move in and move out and work management
  • Be able to design and configure all areas of ISU-FICA including Bill to Cash, Payments (Incoming, Outgoing and Exceptions), Credit and Collections, Customer Financials Management, Financial Closing and Reporting
  • Understand integration points with FICA (Customer Service, Non-regulated Billing, Plant Maintenance, Invoicing, Bill Print, GL)
  • Be able to configure and manage exceptions for Billing, Device Management and FICA
  • Write strong functional and technical specifications for client enhancements
  • Provide best business practices and thought leadership to clients
  • Support the project manager to validate and ensure the quality of deliverables
  • Mentor less experienced consultants
  • Assist with answering requests for proposals for Customer Relationship and Billing (CR&B) services
  • Assist with other CR&B sales and marketing activities

Key Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP CR&B for ISU configuration
  • 3 full life-cycle implementations of SAP CR&B
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Experience working with an offshore development team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or computer science
