Job Title: Product Owner - SAP FSCD / SAP FPSL

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Product Owner with deep expertise in SAP FSCD (Collections & Disbursements) and SAP FPSL (Financial Products Subledger). The Product Owner will define the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for SAP finance solutions supporting the Group Insurance business. The ideal candidate brings strong functional understanding, hands-on SAP configuration experience, and proven leadership in delivering finance transformation initiatives within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Leadership
  • Own and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for SAP FSCD and SAP FPSL solutions.
  • Translate business goals into clear epics, features, and user stories aligned with financial and operational outcomes.
  • Drive backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release execution with full accountability for delivery.
  • Define and track KPIs focused on business value, performance, and compliance.

Solution Ownership
  • Lead end-to-end solution design, configuration, and integration of SAP FSCD and FPSL within the S/4HANA Finance ecosystem.
  • Deliver accounting, subledger, billing, collections, and disbursement capabilities ensuring financial accuracy and reporting integrity.
  • Oversee data flows, reconciliation processes, automation, and cross-module integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and statutory accounting standards.

Operational Execution & Continuous Improvement
  • Optimize SAP finance processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deploy automation using AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage incidents, enhancements, releases, and system performance through proactive monitoring and insights.
