Overview

Internally slated candidates are being considered for this position. However, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

New L10 role will perform lead infra & devOps support duties for the Marketing Automation team within DTX, this engineer will be single point of contact for all application, Infrastructure and devOps projects and deliverables for the Marketing Automation Platform(BC1) within DTX org. This role will be responsible for maintaining the application SLA and training & mentoring new hires to do so.

Responsibilities
  • Role will perform lead infra & devOps support duties for the Marketing Automation team within DTX.
  • Reponsible for application & platform uptime and SLA of 99.97%.
  • Lead root cause analysis and post mortems for incidents and outages.
  • Collaborate with Application development teams to ensure application KPIs are > 90% throughout the year.
  • Lead new intiitative to support application growth, new features and extend emergency onCall support during non-business hours, from an engineering perspective.
  • Responsible for Infra platform control ownership, risk assessment, implementation of new processes to conform to PEP IT & InfoSec controls to ensure 100 % compliance.
  • Mentor new hires and other members on the team.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $125,400 - $269,800.

Qualifications
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification is a must, with optional Azure or AWS devops certifications.
  • 5+ year of Cloud infrastructure or devOps experience acting as a technical delivery lead or solutions architect.
  • 5+ years of hands on Kubernetes experience in EKS AND AKS platforms.
  • 6+ years of AWS cloud experience with resources such as DB, object storage, networking, container orchestration.
  • 4 + years of Azure experience with AKS, ACR, Storage Accounts, Application Gateways and Application Gateways for contrainers.
  • 5+ years of experience buiding contrainers via Docker, packer etc.
  • 6+ years of experience with modern Ci/CD tools like GH actions, writing custom CI/CD workflows for production workloads.
  • 6+ years experience supporting business critical applications on a 24x7 basis with onCall ownership and ability to lead RCA calls.
  • 3+ years of supporting Airflow using Kubernetes executor and supporting data engineering pipelines.
  • 5+ years of working infra,cloud & application security tools.
  • 5+ years experience with applicatio telemetry, monitoring and notification management.
  • 3+ years of experience with progamming with bash and/or any OOO programming language, python preferred.
  • Past experience mentoring new hires and junior team members.
