Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment and development of SAP S/4 HANA
  • Lead and own the migration and integration from legacy system to SAP S/4 HANA
  • Lead the MIS team to develop and maintain global information systems to support organizational objectives
  • Translate and map user requirements into database and software application design
  • Fully understand the business process and implement new features according to the user requirement
  • Create project plans to work on requirements from internal users and customers
  • Be able to identify the root cause and create an overall plan for the process improvements
  • Resolve customer support issues
  • Set up the training and knowledge sharing within the MIS team
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with other departments and customers
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their integration or automation to enhance business processes
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar professional fields
  • Minimum 5 years of MIS/Software team management experience
  • Minimum 7 years database application design and/or implementation experience in ERP/MRP 
  • SAP Deployment experience is a must
  • Prior experience with SAP S/4 HANA end to end process integration
  • Peoplesoft experience is a plus
  • Prior experience working in a rapid development environment
  • Strong written/oral communication and project management skills

The salary range offered for this position is between $150,000 to $180,000 annually. This may be subject to change depending on the candidate's experience and skillset.
