Role: SAP Hybris Functional Analyst Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Commerce (Hybris) Functional Analyst with strong expertise in B2B eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on configuration experience, a proven track record in end‑to‑end implementations, and the ability to collaborate across technical, business, and global teams to deliver scalable SAP Commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and design SAP Commerce (Hybris) solutions.

  • Prepare functional and technical specifications for SAP Commerce implementations.

  • Configure and support SAP Commerce functionalities including Backoffice, DataHub, and SAP CPQ.

  • Coordinate with development, integration, and DevOps teams throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Drive testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support activities.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Support integration with SAP CRM and SAP ECC where applicable.

Essential Skills
