Help Improve Manufacturing Through Data, SAP, and Continuous Improvement

At Oliver Healthcare Packaging, we manufacture the sterilebarrier packaging that protects critical medical devices used around the world.We are seeking an ERP Business Analyst to support one of our key manufacturingfacilities by leveraging SAP S/4HANA, data analytics, and business intelligenceto improve operational performance.
Reporting to site leadership, you'll serve as the primary ERP and businessanalytics resource for the New Britain manufacturing facility. You'll workclosely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance,Customer Service, and other functional teams to support daily operations,improve business processes, and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of thedata that drives our business.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical andanalytical skills while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives atthe site. As your experience grows, you'll also have opportunities toparticipate projects that support other sites and global business improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily ERP operations by monitoring transactions, investigating issues, and maintaining accurate inventory and production data within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and other functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators that provide operational insight.
  • Analyze manufacturing, inventory, labor, and production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with business process improvements by identifying data inconsistencies and recommending practical solutions.
  • Help maintain data integrity by resolving transactional issues and supporting standardized business processes.
  • Train and support users on reporting tools and business processes as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to site and enterprise projects as opportunities arise.
