Job Title: SAP Data Services Developer Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: Join CACI's highimpact team supporting a missioncritical SAP S/4HANA transportation and logistics solution for the Department of Defense. As part of the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS), you will contribute directly to modernizing and strengthening how the DoD moves people, assets, and materiel worldwide. You will work alongside experts in Planning, Procurement, Fulfillment, Financials, Application Development, Security, GRC, and Identity & Access Management, delivering solutions that empower USTRANSCOM's global mission.

This is your chance to bring innovation, precision, and passion to one of the most consequential SAP environments in the federal landscape. Responsibilities: Data Services Development & Integration Design, configure, and optimize SAP Data Services (BODS) ETL/ELT workflows, dataflows, and mappings across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, and nonSAP systems. Translate complex business requirements into accurate sourcetotarget mappings with robust transformation logic.

Develop extraction routines using SAP HANA tables, extractors, RFCs, and diverse external sources including APIs, web services, flat files, and cloud platforms. Build powerful data cleansing, standardization, validation, and business rule processing routines to ensure data quality excellence. Implement data profiling and assessment routines to uncover patterns, gaps, anomalies, and quality issues.

Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot job executions to resolve performance challenges and eliminate bottlenecks. Key Competencies Deep expertise in SAP Data Services (BODS) architecture and advanced ETL/ELT design. Expert proficiency with SAP Data Services Designer, Management Console, Data Quality tools.

Strong functional understanding of SAP S/4HANA data models and business processes across FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HR. Advanced SQL, performance tuning, and database optimization skills. Experience with SAP HANA pushdown optimization, integration, and modern data warehousing techniques.

Qualifications: Required: Active DoD Secret Clearance (minimum requirement). 3-5+ years of experience in Data Integration/Warehousing, including 3+ years dedicated to SAP Data Services development. Strong understanding of SAP table structures, data models, extractors, and endtoend business processes.

Expertise in advanced BODS transformations, highperformance ETL patterns, parallel processing, and optimization techniques. Proven experience integrating SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP MDG, and SAP Information Steward. SQL scripting, Shell scripting (Unix/Linux), and familiarity with ABAP for automation.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a crossfunctional team. Desired: Prior experience supporting USTRANSCOM (USTC) programs or transportation operations. Demonstrated alignment with DoD transportation doctrine, including DTR and DoD FMR requirements.

Experience applying Clean Core principles within SAP S/4HANA environments. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
