An SAP Data Conversion job involves extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from legacy systems into an SAP environment. This process ensures that data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with SAP requirements. What are some common challenges faced by SAP Data Conversion professionals, and how can they be addressed?

One of the most common challenges for SAP Data Conversion professionals is ensuring data accuracy and integrity during the migration process, especially when dealing with complex legacy systems or large volumes of data. Professionals may also encounter difficulties mapping data fields between old and new systems or resolving inconsistencies in source data.
