Job description

Job Summary:
AA2IT is a company seeking a Customer Care Master Data Analyst to manage Master Data in SAP and support supply chain projects. The role involves problem-solving, data mining, and daily operations related to data maintenance while working with various business functions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Master Data in SAP across modules and support on-going supply chain related projects
• Knowledge and experience with SAP Material Master Data fields and tables are essential for role
• This position will interface with various functions within the business: Marketing, Sales, and Logistics, at different levels of the organization
• Understanding of master data processes, standards, data governance and data quality concepts
• Retrieve, combine and analyze large amount of data to validate
• Advanced skills in Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, advanced formulas, merging of data sets, ability to link various spreadsheets or data tables, import/export, or upload/download data to/from other systems
• Identify areas for process improvements and drive the implementation changes to streamline processes
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
• Create process flows and training materials (as needed)
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Computer Science or related field
• Customer Care Experience: 3-5 years
• SAP R/3 or HANA system required: 3-5 years
• MDG (Master Data Governance)
• TMS (Transportation Management System)
• CMIR (Customer-Material Info Record)
• ADET Rules (Accelerator Data Enrichment Tool)
• Transportation/Logistics (all modes): 1-2 years
• Import/Export: 1-2 years
• Microsoft Office: Proficient
• Advanced skills in Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, advanced formulas, merging of data sets, ability to link various spreadsheets or data tables, import/export, or upload/download data to/from other systems)
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
• Understanding of master data processes, standards, data governance and data quality concepts
• Knowledge and experience with SAP Material Master Data fields and tables are essential for role
