Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a SAP Business Object (BO) Developer to contribute to various business intelligence projects. The role involves developing reports and dashboard solutions, designing and supporting Oracle stored procedures, and collaborating with BI team members to meet project requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Develop Business Objects reports and dashboard solutions for a wide variety of business intelligence projects and write functional and technical specs
• Solid technical background and experience in reporting, Business Intelligence, MIS applications
• Understand and implement solution in support of physical data models necessary to support business intelligence reporting initiatives
• Design, develop, test, and support Oracle stored procedures, functions
• Communicate directly with other BI team members to confirm requirements and clarify business rules
• Define and design the universe, BI Dashboards and reports
• Develop, Support and improve existing BO systems – including both Universe and Reports
• Experience working in a 24x7 rapid response environment
• Responsible for documenting modifications of pre-existing development new development for peer reference and knowledge transfer
• Develops proto-types and presents to stakeholders as solution options for purposes of introducing new technologies, and development techniques in environment
