Job Description

The selected candidate will perform the following duties:

  • Study and understand the PTC’s current Billing and Revenue structure, configurations, and technologies
  • Using knowledge gained to coordinate changes and designs to the UBOS and the PTC’s other technologies to assure the PTC’s needs are met and follow the standards and policies
  • Act as a subject matter expert represent the PTC in meetings and reports with the UBOS SI team
  • Act as a subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issues to the PTC leadership with enough details for the PTC leadership to decide on how to proceed
  • Develop and maintain plans and other documentation, as required, using PTC established standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients
  • Work with the business departments’ staff and determine priorities and schedules for the work to be performed
  • Utilizes various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties
  • Follows the tasks and other duties as assigned by the PTC
Desired Skillset

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good working knowledge of FICA
  • Experience with processing lockbox, and bank statements in BAI2 format in SAP S/4 HANA
  • Experience with funds management
  • Experience working in a tolling back-office system
  • Highly proficient in ABAP (classic and object-oriented), CDS, BOPF, AMDP, Odata, and BODS
  • Experience utilizing SAP HANA and associated design techniques and development tools, including WebIDE or BAS, HANA Studio, and BTP
  • Experience integration with Microsoft Dynamics CE system or another CRM
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Work, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft Project

Additional beneficial skills include:

  • ServiceNow Experience in PPM and ITSM modules
  • ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
Minimum Experience

• 7 years of BRIM and SAP S/4 HANA ABAP experience

• Experience as a hands-on developer or technical SME on 2 system implementation projects

• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted

• Ability to work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned

Certifications / Education

• SAP BRIM technical certifications
