Job description

Role: SAP EWM Consultant

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
  • Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Warehouse & Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience in SAP EWM with expertise in S/4 HANA implementation.
  • Experience with SAP decentralized EWM, S/4 HANA, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Quality Management (QM) integration with EWM & Configuration, Change Management.
  • Proven track record of leading end‑to‑end implementation projects and delivering high‑quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • SAP certifications in relevant areas (optional but preferred).
  • Good‑to‑Have: Experience in SAP EWM essential.
  • Agile and must be able to collaboratively work with cross‑functional teams to design, configure, and implement SAP EWM based solutions.
  • Hold on regional language is an added advantage (Spanish, French, German or Italian).
Responsibilities
  1. Support design and development of business process and technical solutions to the global SAP environment in cooperation with information technology and business users.
  2. Build relationships with business partners and end‑users to grow business process knowledge.
  3. Leverage Finance and Supply Chain business and technical experience to propose innovations that improve productivity and controls.
  4. Provide initial consulting and resolve issues to security steward community and end‑users.
  5. Resolve business and technical issues impacting global and local processes. Coordinate and provide EWM in support at for the clients assigned.
  6. Identify and act on incremental innovation opportunities based on consulting requests received. Provide business process and SAP training.
