Job description

Role Overview:
Seeking a Lead SAP Ariba Functional Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation. This role involves leading client engagements, driving workshops, and overseeing end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba modules.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive workshops with client's procurement business teams to understand their current purchasing configuration in their SAP Ariba system.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba modules, including Ariba Buying & Invoicing (catalog management, PO collaboration, invoice automation), Ariba Sourcing (RFx events, auction management, award scenarios), Ariba Contracts (contract workspace, compliance monitoring, contract-to-PO integration), Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) (supplier registration, qualification, performance scorecards), and Ariba Network (supplier enablement, e-invoicing, cXML/EDI transaction flows).
  • Design and configure the SAP S/4HANA-Ariba integration via SAP Integration Suite (CIG/middleware), covering PO flip, order confirmation, and ASN flows.
  • Effectively guide clients on business process re-engineering for improvement areas.
  • Focus on AMS and enhancement, including troubleshooting incidents, handling service requests, and change requests.
  • Collaborate with technical teams during the 'Build' phase of engagements.
  • Provide Cutover, go-live, and Hyper care support.

Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Performance, SAP Ariba Buying & Guided Buying, Ariba Invoicing, Ariba Commerce Automation, and Ariba integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Proficiency in Ariba CIG mappings and integration with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or non-SAP systems.
  • Strong communication, client-facing skills, and experience in team leadership and offshore coordination.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of SAP Ariba functional experience, including full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation experience.
