Job description

This role provides support from IT perspective in Supply Chain and Master data area utilizing ECC and SAP APO applications.
Job Duties -
Provide support for the client from IT perspective in Supply Chain and Master data area utilizing ECC and SAP APO applications
Understand and address business requirements on a global Supply Planning, MSL (Market Supply Logistic) client Domains
Resolve service requests from users as per SLA based on criticality
Test enhancements, bug fixes, and system solutions
Develop job aids and procedures
Continuous coaching and development of users
Manage change management for end users in terms of training in ECC & SAP APO
Learn, deploy, and/or support new tools or solutions as needed for business
Willingness to support time critical processes like monthly cycles to ensure full end user support as needed including weekends
Desired Skills & Experience -
BA/BS degree required
5 - 8 years' experience in IT
4+ year experience on APO/SNP, working with complex networks
SAP/ECC-proven interaction with MM and SD modules
CIF configuration and monitoring expertise
Knowledge of supply chain concepts as applicable in the supply chain
Process flow knowledge as related to supply chain and planning functions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ex: ability to write functional specifications based on business case
Ability to work in a team environment, interface with multiple teams (or individuals) and manage change, make decisions (confidence in decisions without levels of approval)
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to be able to build strong work relationships with all levels of a geographically dispersed team and end user organization
