Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP BW on HANA Consultant to support enterprise data and analytics initiatives within a large-scale SAP landscape. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SAP BW and Native HANA solutions that enable high-volume data extraction, integration, reporting, and advanced analytics.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP BW 7.5, BW on HANA, Native HANA Modeling, Calculation Views, SQLScript, and data provisioning frameworks, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and high-performing data solutions. Experience supporting Supply Chain data domains and integrating SAP data with external platforms is highly desirable.

• Perform BW object conversions from legacy DSOs, Cubes, MultiProviders, and InfoSets to modern BW on HANA structures.
• Create efficient data integration processes across SAP and non-SAP systems using ODP, Open Hub, and related SAP technologies.
• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks within SAP BW and HANA environments through tuning and optimization best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP data with enterprise analytics and reporting platforms.
• Develop reporting and analytical solutions utilizing SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud, and related technologies.
• Define and maintain technical specifications, data lineage documentation, governance controls, and solution documentation.
• Partner with business stakeholders and client teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Support data governance initiatives and ensure data quality, integrity, traceability, and compliance across the SAP landscape.
Required Qualifications
• Expert-level experience in SAP Native HANA Modeling, including Calculation Views, SQLScript, and Stored Procedures.
• Deep expertise in SAP BW 7.5 development, administration, data modeling, and data flows.
• Strong understanding of SAP data extraction and provisioning methodologies for external system consumption.
• Experience designing high-volume, real-time, and batch-oriented data pipelines from SAP environments.
• Ability to bridge SAP technical solutions with enterprise analytics and data platform requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.
