The Opportunity
As a SAP BRIM Consultant, Manager, you will lead our clients in their customer transformation journey, reimagining exceptional experiences for their customers and employees while achieving revenue growth goals. Within our SAP practice, you will focus on delivering business-led, technology-enabled change across the digital core, leveraging SAP solutions to solve business problems and fuel success in finance, supply chain, customer, human capital, and engineering.
As a Manager, you will develop new skills outside your comfort zone, coach others, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development. You will analyze complex ideas and build meaningful recommendations, using multiple sources of information to develop solutions. You are expected to uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct, addressing sub-standard work and simplifying complex messages.
In this role, you will focus on Lead to Cash transformation for our clients, enabling next-generation XaaS business models with SAP C/4 Sales, Service and Marketing cloud, SAP CPQ, SAP Commerce, SAP Subscription Billing (BRIM), SAP Entitlement Management, and SAP S/4 Sales and Distribution solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving client engagement workstreams, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the firm's purpose and values.
Responsibilities
- Leading client engagements in SAP BRIM implementations, focusing on Lead to Cash transformation
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of SAP C/4 Sales, Service, and Marketing cloud solutions
- Utilizing SAP Subscription Billing and SAP Entitlement Management to enhance client business models
- Analyzing complex business processes to develop meaningful recommendations and solutions
- Managing stakeholder expectations and building consensus to create positive outcomes
- Coaching team members to recognize their strengths and encouraging ownership of personal development
- Developing and deploying innovative SAP solutions to address client business challenges
- Simplifying complex messages and summarizing key points for diverse audiences
- Upholding ethical standards and business conduct in all client interactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer transformation initiatives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
