As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Santa Monica Behavioral Health Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to gain insight into clients' challenges and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
• Providing individualized therapy sessions utilizing a variety of techniques grounded in evidence-based practices aimed at fostering personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Setting and collaboratively tracking therapeutic goals with clients, ensuring progress is monitored and adjusted based on their evolving needs.
• Engaging in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices are followed.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation within our clinical platform to comply with regulatory requirements while reflecting each client's journey and progress.
• Participating in health fairs, community outreach programs, and workshops to promote mental health awareness and resources in the local community.

You will work with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. This role requires a deep understanding of various therapeutic approaches to cater to individual family dynamics and cultural considerations. • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.
• A valid and actively maintained license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with a range of clients.
• Proficiency in conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and employing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare, emphasizing compassion and understanding.

• Experience working with both adult and pediatric populations, with the ability to tailor approaches based on age-specific needs.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms that streamline communication and service delivery.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development or additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities.

This role offers a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, along with the potential for a sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
