Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to establish their mental health challenges and design effective treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring that each session is focused on promoting personal growth and emotional well-being.
  • Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and diligently track their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to enhance client outcomes.
  • Engage in regular consultations with colleagues to share best practices, learn from peers, and incorporate new techniques into your practice.
  • Document client sessions accurately in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, complying with all regulatory and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications
  • Possession of an active LMFT license in the state of Maryland.
  • A Master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in providing therapy to adult and child/client populations.
