Job Description

We're looking for energetic, customer-focused team members who love creating Christmas magic, one warm welcome at a time. This is a seasonal position with employment running from October 31st through January 10th. Open availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Reporting to the Director of Christmas at the Princess Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Seasonal dates of position: October 15th through January 10th 
  • Anticipate guests' needs by creating memorable experiences
  • Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
  • Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Ensure Five Diamond representation of resort
  • Assist guests with directional in an informative and helpful way
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
