Job description

Required Skills/ Experience

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow SecOps and Security Incident Response processes.
  • 9 to 11 years of experience in ServiceNow, SecOps, ITSM, security operations, solution architecture, and implementation governance.
  • Experience designing ServiceNow SIR or SecOps implementations.
  • Ability to distinguish MVP scope from future-state roadmap items.
  • Strong knowledge of security incident response frameworks such as NIST and SANS.
  • Experience with ServiceNow roles, groups, workflows, playbooks, SLAs, inbound email, risk scoring, and reporting.
  • Strong governance, project planning, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage delivery in a regulated or evidence-driven environment.
  • Understanding of SDLC documentation, testing evidence, release readiness, and production handoff needs.
  • Experience managing U.S.-based delivery teams and client-facing workshops.

 

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
