What You'll Do as an Assistant Clinical Manager

In this leadership role, you'll support the Clinical Manager in overseeing daily clinical operations and serve as a key connection between referral sources, patients, caregivers, and staff. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the development and revision of individualized patient care plans
  • Responding promptly to staff and physician calls regarding orders or care concerns
  • Ensuring accurate entry of orders, medication updates, and patient information
  • Leading weekly case conferences and supporting decisions based on clinical findings
  • Maintaining strong referral source relationships and promoting positive patient outcomes
  • Entering referrals into Home Care Home Base accurately and promptly
  • Assisting with scheduling and occasionally providing direct patient care
  • Participating in interviewing, hiring, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
  • Practicing infection control and reporting any suspected abuse per state and federal guidelines
  • Demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to highquality care

What We're Looking For

  • Active RN license in Oklahoma (in good standing)
  • At least 2 years of home health nursing experience
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
  • Knowledge of Medicare home health guidelines
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance

You'll excel in this role if you're organized, detailoriented, calm under pressure, and able to motivate and support your team while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Schedule

This fulltime position follows a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating on call per on call schedule.
