About the Role

We're hiring a Haul Truck Driver to safely and efficiently operate a haul truck within a sand and gravel operation, transporting materials to support production. This role also includes helping with maintenance, site support, and general operations. This role works in an active outdoor environment and supports daily production activities as part of a team.


What You'll Do
  • Operate a 30-ton haul truck to transport materials to the production plant
  • Assist with routine plant maintenance, including greasing, cleaning, and inspections
  • Operate additional equipment as needed across the site
  • Support general site operations, maintenance, and clean-up efforts
  • Follow all safety procedures and MSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment
  • Work closely with team members to support efficient operations
  • Maintain regular in-person attendance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
  • Ability to safely access and navigate the facility, including climbing ladders
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours as needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of two years of work experience, with construction-related experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude preferred
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment
