Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, Samsung Warehouse Data Analyst to support daily warehouse operations through reporting, data analysis, purchasing coordination, and process-improvement initiatives. This role will work closely with warehouse leadership to provide actionable insights, monitor operational performance, manage vendor purchasing, and drive efficiency across warehouse functions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and business systems, including SAP and WMS platforms.

Job Description:

  • Prepare and maintain reports and operational data to support daily warehouse operations and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Generate both scheduled and ad hoc reports based on operational needs and leadership requests
  • Collaborate with warehouse managers and supervisors to ensure accuracy and integrity of operational data
  • Present findings and operational insights to warehouse and operations leadership to support business decisions
  • Monitor, analyze, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate warehouse performance and operational effectiveness
  • Create and manage purchase orders for vendors based on operational demand and inventory needs
  • Collect, review, verify, and submit vendor invoices within N-ERP for payment processing
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting related to warehouse expenses, inventory usage, and operational spending
  • Analyze warehouse expenditures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiencies
  • Assist with planning, implementing, and monitoring corrective actions to ensure operational issues are resolved effectively
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and supply chain operations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, warehouse operations, or supply chain environments
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working with SAP, WMS, or similar business and warehouse management systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data analysis functions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, reporting automation, and data analysis tools
  • Experience within High Tech, Telecommunications, or Consumer Electronics industries
  • Experience supporting warehouse operations and supply chain analytics in a fast-paced environment
