Overview
Since 1979, Insight for Living (IFL) has been committed to excellence in teaching the study and application of Godโ€™s Word. Pastor Chuck Swindoll and his wife, Cynthia, began the ministry by broadcasting Pastor Chuckโ€™s Bible-teaching program, Insight for Living, on 18 stations. Today, the program airs on more than 2,000 stations, can be streamed through various online channels, and can be heard in 70 countries and eight languages.
We also produce quality Bible-study resources, have a dynamic online presence, provide pastoral counseling, and actively walk alongside listeners through lifeโ€™s challenges. As a ministry, weโ€™re committed to Vision 195, our strategic mission to pursue Jesusโ€™ Great Commission by extending Godโ€™s grace and making disciples in all 195 countries and their 6,875 heart languages.
In addition to our international headquarters in Frisco, Texas, we currently have ministry offices in 10 countries, where our pastors translate resources, train church leaders to use Pastor Chuckโ€™s Searching the Scriptures Bible-study methods, serve their communities, and pursue Vision 195 in their languages. Position Summary
The Social Media Advertising Coordinator (coordinator) will turn IFLโ€™s existing content library into engaging short-form video. The coordinator also will manage paid ad campaigns and use performance data to guide our social media and platform strategy. The coordinator draws from an expansive content library of podcast interviews, sermons, books, and articles to identify and produce clips, graphics, posts, and short-form videos that resonate with todayโ€™s digital audience. Additionally, the coordinator will use paid advertisements to amplify that reach and drive traffic back to the IFL website. As a representative of the ministry, the coordinator is relational, detail-oriented, and an independent self-starter who serves with the utmost grace, care, and professionalism.
Core Job Functions
Content Development (75%)ย 
  • Creates graphics and reels from existing content, including podcasts, sermons, articles, and other ministry resources
  • Plans, launches, and manages paid ad campaigns within an established budget
  • Reviews analytics to identify which topics and formats are resonating most with audiences
  • Deepens engagement on LinkedIn and YouTube, including community posts, to grow platform presence
  • Supports with monitoring YouTube and LinkedIn

Professional Development and Project Management (15%)
  • Commits to the challenges of growth and development according to the Professional Development Plan
  • Pursues the designated knowledge and/or experience with a positive attitude
  • Completes assigned tasks with excellence and in a timely manner

Job Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of paid social advertising, such as LinkedIn Ads, YouTube/Google Ads, or Meta
  • Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for creating reels and graphics
  • Comfort working with analytics tools and interpreting performance data.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and organized
  • Demonstrated examples of a portfolio, case study, or campaign/s managed is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • High attention to detail with outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to anticipate and prioritize work with minimal direction
  • Ability to work well under time constraints
