Create a Seamless and Positive Member Experience

As a Member Specialist at Sam’s Club, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service at the front of the club. From assisting with purchases and returns to helping members navigate self-service technology, your support helps ensure every member has a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Pay Range

$19.00–$27.00 per hour*
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
