Make an impact as you provide daily sanitation and sampling support to the factory.Champion safety, quality, and performance standard routines through daily execution of factory processes and policies including Lock-out-tag-out standards, QA test sampling, keeping area clean and audit-ready, and completing paperwork as necessary.Actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives in the factory including centerlines, clean-inspect-lubricate standards, 5S standards, and team meetings for improvement ideas and escalations.Understand the business environment through strong upstream and downstream communication with peers and leaders to better understand your role?s impact to the full process.Use digital tools to track and communicate daily performance metrics within your area of responsibility.Oversee operations and tasks in raw material sampling and testing as you gather and test incoming ingredients for quality specifications and take appropriate actions to respond to variances.Maintain required certifications to perform Mycotoxin testing.Participate in all factory Safety and Quality initiatives and assist in other special teams and projects as needed.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED3+ months experience working in a fast-paced environmentThe hourly pay for this position is $25.36 an hour.
