Job description

We are looking for a sample room coordinator for a top beauty company in Columbus, OH! The Sample Room Coordinator is responsible for the organization and management of production samples and ecommerce photography within the Omni Photo Studio. This individual will also support the management of physical props and production process for Comp products as needed.
  • Pay $24/hr

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for meeting all deadlines appointed without compromising detail or appropriate quality of work
  • Collaborate closely with key internal partners within Omni Creative Services, Marketing Operations, and Creative teams
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external partners as required. Ensure those partners are provided a resource and point of contact at all times.
  • Be a brand steward and represent the brand to internal and external partners
  • Directly support the Sample processes
  • Receive, check-in, and organize final production samples
  • Maintain a complete and accurate Sample Library, identifying and securing missing product, and disposing of aged product in compliance with company policies
  • Maintain Sample timeline and communicate key dates to cross-functional partners as assigned
  • Order and pull product from DC as assigned
  • Pull and organize product samples and comps for photoshoots as assigned
  • Update and maintain Product Photo Queue as assigned
  • Maintain and run regular reporting for sample deliveries
  • Support Comps product & Prop management processes
  • Receive, check-in, and organize all comp product samples, including components and fill as needed
  • Pack, ship, track, receive and organize and maintain all materials for shoots, whether in Studio or on location as needed; ensure items arrive on time in good condition

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Experience in similar roles a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
  • Comfortable working in deadline-oriented environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Experience with sample management required
  • Experience with photoshoots or photo studios a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
