Job description


Duties: Test technical implementation according to ISO17025: Responsible for implementation testing uncertainty assessment programs; participating in quality accident investigation and analysis, providing technical proposals, ensuring compliance of testing quality with existing effective standard requirements; and for implementation proficiency testing and internal test comparation. Test sample management: Responsible for each testing sample management and for sample visual inspection, quantity inventory and successful verification, sample reception, registration, coding and marking; for sample distribution, circulation and recovery, checking whether the sample is intact in distribution and recovery, and completing registration in sample recovery. Product homologation and homologation logo record: Responsible to collect certification information, certificate based on the certification process and achieve certification; to arrange, file, and update the certification and test report; and to collect the check list after certification and inform related staff; for product annual audit and related issue; homologation printing logo’s filing and annual audit; and for compiling and archiving product homologation certificate and testing report. Test plan’s development, execution and report: Responsible to develop, execute product’s annual and daily test plan and make report; for new product and changed product’s inspection & testing and make report; for outsourcing test’s operation and control; to inspect the supplier’s new material & accessory certification; and to take measures and follow up on the related issue during the process. Test working instruction’s development and implementation: Responsible to make and update related test method as well as working instruction for equipment operation and operate based on the working instruction; and to train workshop inspector about testing standard and inspection method. Equipment maintenance management and environment safety control: Responsible for the inspection equipment’s daily maintenance; tending to test instruments and equipment, for routine maintenance and inspection; for laboratory’s 5s management; and for hazardous material’s usage management and record. Reports to prepare and submit: Daily, weekly and monthly report, type test report, customer report and accessories report.


Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering or closely related discipline. One year of experience performing testing and analysis of incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with production quality standards.


Must be 18 years of age or older.
