SUMMARY


The Product Coordinator is a part of the Global Product Organization. In this role, you will assist the Product teams with physical products, sales presentation prep and logistical planning. The Product Coordinator is integral to providing clear communication to a variety of people within the organization. The Coordinator must be able to synthesize feedback and relay it appropriately. They will manage timelines, processes, and projects, ensuring that the team has all the information needed to do their jobs. Additionally, they will serve as the point person for cross-functional groups, namely Sales Planning.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintain the sample tracker as the single source of truth for sample-related activities
  • Track sample status, movement, and shipment information
  • Coordinate sample requests and handoffs across Category, Sales, Creative, and Engineering.
  • Support packaging mockup tracking and related sample needs
  • Verify tracker accuracy and completeness of required item information
  • Update notes, status, and comments for the Creative team in Smartsheet as changes occur
  • Support meetings, shows, and other sample-related events with accurate tracking and follow-up
  • Help manage communication flow and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for sample operations


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, logistics, or related support roles
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and workflow tracking tools


EDUCATION & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Skilled at building relationships, strong organizational skills, strong ability to multi-task, and outstanding communication skills
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities; proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
  • Ability to think creatively and flexibly.
  • Ability to build trust with the team and work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment
  • A self-starter who instinctively and consistently creates personal and professional stretch goals and meets them
  • Deadline and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency


PHYSICAL DEMANDS
