Key Responsibilities
- Detail: Ensure accuracy of product information (SKU attributes, descriptions)
- Organization Expert: Coordinate samples, orders, and planogram setup
- Support omnichannel operations by partnering with Ecommerce to get products online
- Reporting: Maintain and update departmental reports and purchase order logs
- Supply Management: Manage annual sample inventory and live merchandise kiosk inventory
- Communication is key: Communicate consistently with internal partners (sample room, DC, AP, QA, etc.)
- Facilitate buyer sample process and prepare products for executive meetings
- Grow and learn: Participate in trend discussions and help create trend boards
- Research and resolve purchase order discrepancies and product quality issues
- Work on special projects as assigned
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's in Fashion Merchandising or similar is a plus, but we're all about unique backgrounds and fresh perspectives.
- Meticulous, highly organized, and thrives in collaborative team settings
- Exceptional communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Resourceful problem-solver who tackles challenges head-on
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), RMS, Business Objects, and internal platforms
- Hybrid work schedule on a rotating monthly basis local to Akron, OH.
