Sample Coordinator, Vionic in Novato, CA

What will you be doing?

  • Take the lead: Unpack all samples, organize photographs and distribute as needed. Ensure sample shipments are ready by daily deadlines for domestic and international pickups. Order samples for proto, line sample, material trials, AD samples, etc. Own seasonal sample clean out; arrange full pair samples for donation or discards half pair samples.
  • Maintain: Maintain the storage of samples in product closet and on sample racks; ensuring that they are well organized and can be easily retrieved.
  • Manage: Preparation for shoe shows by tracking sample delivery; manage internal tracking log and communicates with internal and external partners.
  • Prepare: Prepare for confirmation sample review by pulling corresponding line samples and master swatches for review with the confirmation sample. Pull samples for seasonal milestone meetings, pre-market preparation and related activities.
  • Assist: Assist with creating and maintaining the accuracy of line sheet. Support the design and product development teams as needed. Ensuring internal standards library is organized and up to date. Assist in cross-functional sample needs.
