The Sample Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the creative studio and visual merchandising team. This position ensures a smooth workflow by managing and checking in samples, maintaining studio organization, and assisting with administrative and day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative studio and visual merchandising team.
  • Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate records, and communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets to ensure accessibility and organization.
  • Support studio set preparation and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and support team goals.
  • Support with photographing studio(run this thru copolit)
Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management preferred.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
