The estimated base salary range for this role is "$65,000 to $80,000" per year.

Reporting to the Architectural Specialties Brand Marketing Manager, the Samples Supervisor leads the Samples Department, creating and executing the samples requests.

What does a Turf Samples Supervisor do?

  • Creates and maintains Samples schedule.
  • Communicates professionally with Clients and Reps on Sample requirements.
  • Coordinates and closes out Samples shipments.
  • Works with the Engineering Department on custom samples.
  • Maintains and orders any samples inventory.
  • Creates, documents, and maintains Sample assembly methods.
  • Demonstrates familiarity with product and assembly of product.
  • Reviews and ensures quality of Samples.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • Manages a team of 5 employees (assembly and CNC operators)

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required, college degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including file management and organization.
  • Clear, concise communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
